Privacy
Last updated 12 October 2026. This is a small community project, and this page says in plain words what it does with your information.
What we store
- From Discord: your user ID, username, display name and avatar (we keep the avatar's identifier and load the picture from Discord).
- Your Twitch and YouTube accounts if you have connected them in Discord: the account ID and name. They are not shown to anyone unless you tick the box on your profile.
- What you type into your profile: what you collect, favorite Pokémon, other favorites, in-progress collections, wishlist link, favorite colors and notes.
- Which communities on this site you belong to, and whether you manage that Discord server. This is worked out from your Discord server list; only communities that exist on this site are kept.
- Which communities you chose to share your profile with, and which parts of it you chose to hide there.
- For a community you set up: the server's name, picture and member count, and the web address you chose.
- When you first signed up and when you last logged in.
What we do not store
- Your email address (we do not ask for it), or a password (login is handled by Discord).
- Discord login tokens. We use them once to read your details while you log in, then throw them away.
- The list of Discord servers you are in. We read it while you log in, press "Refresh from Discord" or set up a community, and keep only which registered communities you belong to. Servers that are not communities on this site are never saved.
Why we ask Discord for each permission
- identify
- To know who you are: your Discord ID, name and avatar.
- connections
- To see your linked Twitch and YouTube accounts, so that people can find you by those names. Only the accounts you choose to show are ever visible.
- guilds
- To work out which communities on this site you belong to, and which servers you manage (so you can set one up as a community). We read the list each time and do not store it.
Who can see your profile
- By default, only you. Nothing you enter is shown to anyone else on the site unless you share it.
- Only where you choose to share it. A community's page shows your profile only if you choose to share it there. That page is public: anyone on the web can see it without logging in, including your Discord display name, your picture and whatever you chose not to hide. You can stop sharing at any time, you can hide parts of your profile, and you can keep your Twitch or YouTube name hidden. Each person who shares also gets a page of their own in that community, at an address made of a random code (not your Discord ID); it stops working when you stop sharing.
- The person who runs this site can see everything listed under "What we store", because it is kept in the site's database. The admins of a community can see who has shared there and what is shown, and can remove someone's entry (which also stops that person sharing in that community again until an admin allows them). These actions are recorded in a log the site owner can read.
Cookies and other services
- One cookie keeps you logged in (it holds your account number and a security token, signed so it cannot be changed). There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.
- If you log in on a community's own page (for example to manage it), that page sets a second, separate cookie that works on that community's address only and lasts 12 hours. Just looking at a community page sets no cookie at all.
- Your browser loads your Discord avatar from Discord, and Pokémon pictures from GitHub, where the artwork is hosted. Those services can see that your browser asked for those images.
- We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information until you delete your account. Delete my account, at the bottom of your profile page, removes right away your profile, your linked Twitch and YouTube accounts, everything you share (and the address of your page in each community) and your place in each community. Your Discord account itself is untouched, and logging in again starts you with an empty profile.
Three things are kept after you delete:
- The site owner's activity log keeps its entries, with your name replaced by "deleted user".
- If an admin of a community removed you from it, we keep that removal against your Discord account number (a number, not your name) so it still applies if you come back. The community's admins can lift it. This is the only thing that identifies you that outlives your deletion.
- Backups of the database are replaced on a rolling basis, so a deleted account can remain in an older backup for up to 14 days before it is gone.
